In the stomach or intestines
Your restlessness may affect your intestines or stomach. When you want to indulge in aromatherapy, angelica essential oil quickly restores nervous balance to your digestive system and soothes stomach burns or intestinal irritation.

It also facilitates transit and allows good peristalsis again. You can apply a few drops directly to the skin or add them to your usual cosmetic products.
At chest level
If you experience chest tightness during a panic state, diffuse a few drops of frankincense essential oil into the air. This essence is also effective in calming shortness of breath and other breathing difficulties caused by stress.
At heart level
Anxiety can lead to what experts call “cardiovascular stress.” This nervous condition manifests itself in palpitations and high blood pressure. Ylang-ylang essential oil helps regulate heart rate while lowering blood pressure.

You can put a few drops in your bath or in a diffuser. To use it in massage, it must be mixed with sweet almond vegetable oil or argan oil to neutralize its irritating properties. On the other hand, ylang-ylang essential oil is not recommended for people who already have low blood pressure as they may experience discomfort.
In muscles or joints
If you get stage fright, you may feel tension or even pain in your joints or muscles. Laurel essential oil relieves anxiety-related joint pain. It also has energetic properties and instills strength and courage. Green mandarin essential oil also helps calm your body, facilitate sleep and reduce your stress. You can put a few drops in a diffuser and in your bath, or rub it on your wrists and spine. To untie the knots in your back, you can also use Roman chamomile essential oil. It allows energies to circulate in your body. To stay zen before a test or exam, you can combine 2 drops of this oil with 2 drops of hazelnut essential oil. You will apply the mixture on both sides of your spine but also on your solar plexus.
