What sport do you do if you are not sporty?

To run

The good side of running? A modular rhythm and intensity, a changing decor and a proven anti-stress effect. Some compare it to meditation, others see it as a performance, some run through the city with their favorite playlist in their ears, others in the middle of nature with the sounds of nature.

walk

Don’t you like to run? Try walking! Yes, walking is a real sport provided it is practiced at a good pace, at least 6 km/h.

Finally, we benefit from the same benefits as running, without the violent effects on the joints: relaxation, meditation, contact with nature, muscles and strengthened cardiovascular system, hellish buttocks and hunched calves.

swim

Another one that’s good for your body, heart and mind! The feeling of water on the skin is heavenly, the resistance of the water increases the efficiency of the movements tenfold and incidentally prevents injuries, tension or even pain. As for staying power, we go there with a friend and indulge in a gossip session every ten lengths.

yoga

Yoga feels slow, feels gentle, yet relaxes and releases while sculpting specific muscles. It tones and softens the body, calms and strengthens the mind, practiced in a gentle version in the living room, in dynamic or intense classes in an overheated room.

The only imperative is to choose your method and make it a real routine so as not to slip.

To dance

Another sport that doesn’t look like a sport! For those who like solitude, you can dance discreetly at home. Those who prefer to be supervised and guided can attend Zumba, belly dance or hip-hop courses. The air of nothing demands almost all muscles, improves the respiratory and cardiovascular capacities.

The bike

Just like running or brisk walking, cycling lets you choose where, when and how. In other words, you cycle to work, bike across town, or cross muddy fields on a mountain bike.

In any case, we gain concrete muscles, a calm mind and a damn practical means of transportation without straining the joints.
